When Southwark Council decided to centralise many of their operations in one, efficient location, AMA was asked to write the user brief for their ambitious change in work practice. and-associates was asked to make design changes to the building to enhance the improved working measures proposed by AMA.

After testing the capacity of the buildings, and resolving issues such as security, subletting and identity. Change Management services, provided by AMA, and user training were key to the success of the project. and-associates fitted out the reception areas which were liberated from unused space on the Tooley Street façade.
